WIKA has established the ESG Grand Roadmap 2024–2028 as a strategic guideline in integrating ESG principles into all business lines. In 2024, WIKA began the Prepare phase by making ESG the main pillar of its transformation strategy and strengthening corporate governance. Entering 2025, the company is moving (Move) by targeting a position as a pioneer in implementing ESG in the construction sector. This strategy is continued with the Resilience phase in 2026 through consistent application of ESG principles to encourage sustainable business growth. In 2027, WIKA focuses on improving ESG performance to the advanced level (Grow ), until reaching the Mature phase in 2028, with the aim of becoming a national company that is a benchmark in implementing ESG in Indonesia.
