In order to strengthen the implementation of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, WIKA has established a sustainability governance structure as stated in the Assignment Letter No. ST.01.02/A.DIR.00004/2025 dated January 16, 2025. The ESG Committee was formed as part of the company's commitment to realizing sustainable transformation. This committee is directly responsible to the Director of Human Resources Management and Transformation in accordance with the Board of Directors' Decree No. SK.02.01/A.DIR.00005/2025. The establishment of the ESG committee structure is the basis for strengthening cross-functional coordination in managing sustainability aspects in a comprehensive and integrated manner.
